“Played by a Gladiator” – This means that one of our gladiators will pilot your character to your desired rating. Your character’s action bars, talent specs, and gems may be subject to change. You’re also required to remove your authenticator if you have one attached to your battle.net account. You’ll be contacted before we access your account to ensure that your gameplay is not interfered with.

“Play with a Gladiator” – With this option, we allow you to play alongside our gladiators to the rating you’ve purchased. This, however, does require you to be competent with your class. If we feel that we are not capable of completing the service with you on your account, we will have our gladiator pilot your character and you will be given the option to listen in on Skype.
