Yes, we do provide guarantee covers but only for 1 year from the date of purchase of your account. But if an account loss occurs due to your own fault, then we do not provide any protection guarantee.

Can I share my account info with my friends?

No, it is strongly recommended to not to share your account login information to any of your friends or relatives.

If I buy an account, how long does it take until I can play?
 

We aim to deliver each order within 30 minutes. However, the character transfer speed is determined by Blizzard's server.
